Board of Directors
Leadership in its real sense is built on the Love of True Giving and the True Giving of Love.
Carol Carpenter
Carol Carpenter has held Board positions of Treasurer and Vice President, bringing a strong background with years of experience in administration and accounting. Speaking of her past and present time on the PoC Board, Carol expresses how working with PoC Leadership was a great proving ground for practicing the Pathwork principles: “Learning to talk the talk and walk the walk while accomplishing real world tasks is challenging, AND it also promotes personal and professional growth that I doubt I would have experienced elsewhere.” Carol brings a deep love for the Pathwork teachings and a heartfelt commitment to our community. She has been studying the Pathwork for over 20 years and graduated from the PTP program in 2013. It is her intention to do whatever she is able to help make sure that others who are interested in Pathwork have local access to this life-changing work.
Dianne Sparks
Dianne Sparks, a retired Human Resources Director, has been a dedicated student of Pathwork since 2013. In 2018, she completed the Pathwork Transformation Program (PTP) and has since remained actively engaged in furthering her understanding through ongoing lecture studies and regular sessions with her helper. Dianne recently enrolled in the 2023 PTP program as a commitment to continuous growth. Expressing profound gratitude to Pathwork, Dianne attributes her transformative experiences and continuous learning to the teachings and the California Pathwork community, noting "This is different from my prior nonprofit experience in that this organization’s mission is a spiritual one. I hope to rely more on my spiritual life in this endeavor bringing not only my reason side but Spirit's guidance to the work I do for PoC."

Paula Vicario
Paula was born and raised in Argentina, and has made Southern California home since1986. Over time she has experienced - and still experiences how the Pathwork enables her to become a better person, friend, mother, wife, and grandmother. Paula and her husband Dan are both Pathworkers, thrilled to be able to live and share the Pathwork teachings with the next generations! Paula brings a fresh perspective to PoC as a Board member, not only because she was raised in a different culture, but because she has experienced Pathwork in that culture and remains an active participant in Pathwork of Argentina. She also brings a rich educational background, having studied Biology & Zoology academically and chosen a career in second-language education.
