Apprentice Pathwork Helpers are graduates of the four-year Helper Training Program and are qualified to give supervised Helper Sessions at a reduced rate (~$45) and offer Lecture Study Series, Lecture Presentations and Pathwork Discussion Groups.
Courtney Connolly, Santa Cruz, CA
Courtney Connolly is an Apprentice Pathwork Helper (8 years of training). In her 18 years of emergency medical experience, she has learned to hold a grounding, loving presence during crisis situations. Over her 24 years as a massage therapist, she has continued to deepen the integration of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit connection. She teaches in both capacities as an emergency services instructor and massage therapy instructor. Courtney completed the 3-year Art of God program with Brooks Greene-Barton. Fred Paisley, San Diego, CA
Fred Paisley is an Apprentice Pathwork Helper affiliated with the Pathwork of California. He discovered the Pathwork in 2010 and was drawn in by the depth of its teachings and their power to transform relationships through inner work. He completed the four-year Pathwork Personal Transformation Program in 2018 and graduated from Pathwork Helpership Training in January 2023. With a B.S. in Speech Communication, Fred brings a natural gift for connection and a genuine passion for meeting people where they are. He currently offers a complimentary three-session series to help newcomers answer the question, "Is Pathwork/Fred right for you?" Janice Friel, San Diego, CA
Janice was initially drawn to Pathwork because of the practical spiritual wisdom that was offered in the lectures. Wisdom to deepen her connection to self, others and spirit. After engaging in traditional therapy for many years she felt empowered by the step-by-step guidance that is offered in the pathwork lectures; guidance for healing, purification and transformation. Janice started her journey in Pathwork in 2007 by attending a series of lecture studies and workshops and was a part of a process group for many years. She completed the 4-year Pathwork Personal Transformation Program, 4-year Helpership Program, 2-year Helper Apprentice Program and is currently fulfilling the requirements to claim full Helpership. What first drew Janice over 20 years ago to study the Pathwork lectures was their otherworldly ability to weave together apparent opposites and usually-conflicting ideas, such as Eastern and Western religious concepts. As a veteran, scientist, and having built a career in a corporate environment, Janice credits Pathwork for the crucial knowledge and skills she needed remain true to a deeply spiritual identity alongside an absolutely engaged, successful, material one. Katherine Eyre, Truckee, CA
Katherine was drawn to the Pathwork because she experienced a deep resonance with this body of wisdomthat facilitates emotional growth, evolution, and connection to internal divinityfor all peopleregardless of faith tradition. She began studying the Pathwork lectures in 2009 while raising a family and working as a professional geologist in Yardley, PA. Katherine completed a 5-year Personal Transformation Program (2018) as a member of the Philadelphia Pathwork Region, where she also served on the Board of Directors. After moving to California, she joined POC’s Helpership Training Program, graduating in January of 2023.Katherine brings Pathwork to northern California through ongoing monthly classes in Truckee, where she lives with her husband. Marisa Chong, Tijuana MX
Marisa started studying Pathwork in 2006 to find peace and create healthy relationships. During the past years, she has deeply discovered herself and has learned to accept and enjoy life. Her journey through Pathwork has been guided by her faith and trust in God/Universe, her curiosity, and her willingness to change old destructive patterns. She is Mexican and currently lives in Tijuana, Mexico on the border with San Diego, California. She completed the Pathwork Transformation Program in 2013 and graduated from the POC’s Helpership Training Program in January 2023. She recently retired after 36 years of working at COLEF, a Social Research Institute in Tijuana. Sharon Ybarra PhD Santa Barbara County, CA
Sharon is a Pathwork Apprentice Helper who teaches online Lecture Study Groups and offers Individual sessions. She works primarily with women and helps them create more love in their lives, while they also remove their obstacles to love. From a holistic mindful approach, she builds on women's strengths in individual and group sessions and classes. Sharon is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. One of her specialties is assisting people with traumas through the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) method.
