This two-year program explores your daily life to uncover beliefs and hidden inner fears, which generate outer problems. These may lead you to feel overwhelmed, frustrated and unfulfilled. In today's busy world, we can easily forget our center of balance and harmony. We experience anxiety, fear and self-doubt. When we feel "less than", we often withdraw from family, career, financial pursuits, friends and our spiritual path. In this class we will journey together to find the connection between our daily problems and current feelings.

As part of our learning to practice Pathwork in daily life, each student will bring his/her own unique, and yet shared daily crisis to class. We will seek resolution through process group work and teaching. You will have the opportunity to experience applying Pathwork principles to your daily life. This process is intended to empower you through study of the Pathwork lectures, experiential exercises and/or through energy work that can support mastery. The goal is to free you, so that you can excel in your challenging and busy life. During our meals outside of the classroom, we will begin to integrate these teachings by discussing and exploring as we prepare to re-enter the outside world.

Pathwork Daily Practice

Program Outline:

Pathwork Daily Practice is a 2-year program, with a required one year at a time commitment. All levels of experience with Pathwork are Welcome. The program includes 6 weekends, Saturday from 9am to 9pm and Sunday from 9am to 6pm.

Year 1 - Self Discovery

  • Uncovering the inner self as reflected in or hidden by the outer self.
  • Using our life experience and fantasies to find our misconceptions, images, and defenses resulting from childhood hurts.
  • Healing childhood hurts.
  • Removing our blocks to full self-acceptance.
  • Softening or eliminating defenses, which prevents you of being fully alive.

Year 2 - Taking Your Evolving Self into the World

  • Exploring your relationship to leadership.
  • Dealing with resistance to inner and outer authority.
  • Liberating your hidden creativity.
  • Claiming your Real Self in the world.

Each weekend includes:

  • Learning Pathwork concepts and how to use these tools in your daily routine to grow and empower yourself.
  • Decreasing or eliminating your fears, misconceptions, illusions, and defenses through written work, movement, meditations and visualization techniques.
  • Exploring raw emotions and/or applying energy work to the stuck energetic places in the body that block the natural flow of your real self, the teacher will intuitively guide a gentle process within this safe place.

Requirements:

  • Completed application and deposit
  • Interview and/or process work experience.
  • Individual Pathwork sessions -12, evenly spaced sessions from the begin ning of school to end of the school year and tutorials if needed. Cost for sessions is in addition to program tuition.
